Taylor Swift Announces Speak Now (Taylor's Version) Is Coming in July
Sixteen new songs and a bonus track

Taylor Swift has announced that Speak Now (Taylor's Version) is coming on July 7. This new version of her 2010 album features rerecordings of every song on the album, plus 16 new songs she wrote, but didn't record for the original album. One of those is called "Original Song," which Swift revealed in a TikTok video on May 5. The new version of her fourth studio album also features a full re-recording of the fan favorite song "Enchanted."
Swift first announced that she was re-recording her first six albums in 2019, after her former record label, Big Machine Records, sold her master recordings to Scooter Braun. Swift has said that she wants to own her masters so that she can control how her music is used and distributed.
Speak Now (Taylor's Version) is the second re-recorded album Swift has released so far. She released Fearless (Taylor's Version) in April 2021. Swift has not yet announced when she will release re-recorded versions of her other albums, but she has said that she is working on them and that she is excited to share them with her fans.
